This is a basic stamp template/base. It has no color in it. But an added "stamp" border made in paint. You can add a color inside it if you want.. use as is.. or use the plain grey that a lot of people use, including myself.
^^ Let me know if you wanna learn how to make stamps (such as putting images inside..etc..) Isn't hard.
