Wow! All those colors on one leaf!

Love how you desaturated the background to show more attention to the color of the leaf. Focus could be a little sharper.

Well it would probably hard to get the dof shallow enough for just the leaf to be in focus, but since the background is black and white, having everything in focus wouldn't draw too much attention away from the leaf. Just my opinion. You asked for critique. :)

I know. :D My camera was set on AF so it automatically focused on the leaf and blurred a bunch out. :-O
